Returns Policy
We at Glow & Glam understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online.
However, in order to evade fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Returns & replacements policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered (at our fault).
- In order to register a claim in case of missing / broken items, the customer is required to record a video unboxing the parcel, clearly showing whatever is coming out of the packaging. If the customer fails to provide the video as proof, the claim will not be entertained and will therefore be rejected.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Claimed item (if delivered wrong) must not be opened/used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
- Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to us in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by us, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
- In case we request the item to be sent, return shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.
- The items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
- Replacement of the same product & shade will be issued, change of mind or shade or product is not applicable for replacement.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
